My grandmother owns a rental business in which she rents our condos, beach houses, apts, etc for people and receives a commission on doing so. However, she's old fashioned and uses huge posterboards with the property info and such on it instead of software on her amazing new computers. I will soon be taking over the business and would like to try and start converting to digital to make things simpler. Any ideas on a program that could help with this?|||I work for a property management company, and we use Buildium. It's an online service, so no large downloads to bog up your PC. Plus, you can add as many users as you want and set what permissions they have. For example; admins, property managers and assistants. It's a great system!
