Hope you like it��|||If your phone didn't come with the market pre-installed,then ther'es no way u can get it legally,because that simply means that u live in a country which the android market isn't supported in.
The only way to get it is by flashing a custom ROM,which will make your warranty go.
But if you don't want to lose your warranty u can use some alternatives to the market such as:

3- amazon app store: not available outside USA,but u can try your luck at www.amazon.com
4-you can download and install the android market as well : http://www.filecrop.com/android-Market-m��
try out the first 17 packages,and if they all don't work then u have no choice other than making it with the alternatives or just flashing a custom ROM and lose your warranty,but it'll work if u do that (for sure).
