I currently have a webcam however it does not record for extended periods of time. What I need to do is to record for 8 hours or more. I am looking for either a program that I can use with my current webcam OR a new webcam that comes with software that will allow me to record for long periods of time?

Free software, but I do not know if it can record that long. Seems that would be a disk space limitation if at all.|||you can post question and find more answer at here|||are you wanting to record in the girls bathroom???? hahaha
i would get a motion censor recorder that records when there is motion... then you save tape!
